be.breathe.write. is currently a virtual mindfulness group that meets monthly on the second Saturday at 7am. The group centers people of color and serves as a safe space to practice just being with and in community.

be.breathe.write. was born out of need to just be and practice mindfulness in a safe space. In this current version of the group, we will meet virtually for 45-60 minutes monthly. We may expand to physical locations in nature and meet more often as interest grows. In our time together we will practice being still with intention. We will breathe together in community to practice acknowledging the power of the breath to bring intentional calm. We will write together, using a word, prompt, or your own stream of consciousness. We will practice short grounding exercises to transition between activities. All you need to do is show up. This is an unscripted, raw, and perfectly imperfect space being held for you.
