Who We Are
Keisha A. Savage
Clinical Supervisor, Owner
Licensed Independent Social Worker with a Supervision Designation (LISW-S) in the state of Ohio. She holds a Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from The Ohio State University. She graduated from Cleveland State University with undergraduate and graduate degrees in Sociology. Her degrees in Sociology focus on Race, Class, and Gender Inequality as well as Family Systems, with a minor in African American Studies. Keisha is a Certified Meditation Instructor. Keisha is a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) and member of EMDRIA the EMDR International Association.
Keisha has over 16 years of experience working with a diverse population of individuals, children, and families in Ohio with multifaceted issues. Keisha's professional areas of interest include trauma, self-esteem, stress, family conflict, racial identity, ethnic/cultural issues, minority issues, women's issues, and the intersection of race, culture, class, gender, spirituality and mental wellness.
Keisha is a daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, veteran, and human. She has trust in the therapeutic process and is dedicated to reducing the stigma of mental illness. She has a personal interest working with groups affected by cultural, racial, and intergenerational trauma. She is a believer in holistic treatment and practices veganism, yoga, and meditation in her personal life. Keisha loves plants, growing vegetables, and is an unofficial member of The Beyhive.
Shannon T. Savage
Clinical Mental Health Therapist
Shannon is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) in the state of Ohio. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from The Ohio State University. Shannon is a current Master’s in social work student at The Ohio State University where he is working towards becoming independently licensed. Shannon has his Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant (CDCA). He is a member of National Association of Social Workers (NASW).
Shannon believes that his non-traditional path to the field of social work and life experiences in the skin he embodies give him a unique perspective to assist those with their healing journey. He describes himself as relatable, non-judgmental, compassionate and empathetic. His professional interests are working with the people of color, persons that experience challenges with substances, self-esteem, communication, boundaries, overthinking that may be impacted by their past.
